Every Wuddor product moves through the same careful process, no shortcuts, no machine-only production lines. Here's exactly how a piece comes together.
1. Sourcing the Wood
We select solid wood, chosen for grain quality, strength, and character. Every plank is inspected before it ever reaches a workbench.
2. Cutting & Shaping
Skilled carpenters cut and shape each piece by hand, using traditional woodworking techniques alongside precision tools — carving curves, joinery, and detail work that a machine alone can't replicate.
3. Sanding & Hand-Finishing
Each surface is sanded down in stages until it's smooth to the touch, then finished with oils or polish that bring out the natural grain and protect the wood for years of use.
4. Quality Check
Before anything leaves the workshop, every piece is checked by hand — for structural strength, finish quality, and overall craftsmanship.
5. Careful Packaging
Each order is packed individually, with extra care taken for fragile details and international shipping, so your piece arrives exactly as it left our workshop.
