Processing Time
All Wuddor products are handcrafted with care. Please allow 2–5 days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Custom or personalized orders may require 5–10 business days.
Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
- Within City: 1–3 business days
- Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days (availability subject to region)
Shipping Charges
- Orders above Rs. 1,999 — Free Shipping ✅
- Orders below Rs. 1,999 — Flat rate of Rs. 199
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery status.
Handling of Fragile Items
Since our products are handcrafted wooden items, we take extra care in packaging to ensure your order arrives safely. Each item is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Delays
Wuddor is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at shop@wuddor.com or via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
